Shipping Policy

SHIPPING

Please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be processed.

Our products are shipped from our international warehouse with tracked delivery within 5–10 business days. If your item is available in our Swedish warehouse, it will instead be shipped via PostNord with tracked delivery within 1–2 business days.

You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed.

Please note that these delivery times are estimates and delays may occur. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these shipping terms.

If your order is shipped from our international warehouse, additional import fees may apply.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Please check your spam or junk folder in case the email ends up there.

If your order is shipped from our international warehouse, additional fees may apply.

Our prices exclude VAT, and customs duties or import fees may therefore apply when products are shipped from our warehouse in China. The customer is responsible for paying any applicable duties, taxes, or import fees.
